Description
Black Pearl is quarried from bedrock deposits in Andhra Pradesh, India, and is known for its durability, consistency, and refined appearance. This granite typically features a dark charcoal to black background highlighted by reflective mineral crystals that create depth and subtle movement across the surface.
While the grain structure remains relatively consistent between blocks, some slabs may display larger, more pronounced crystals compared to others. These natural variations contribute to the individuality of each slab while maintaining the overall character of the material.
Black Pearl is extracted in large blocks, consistently yielding slabs of considerable size with minimal structural variation. This makes it an excellent choice for expansive installations, large-scale commercial projects, and kitchen countertops where continuity is important.
As with all natural stone, noticeable variations in color and movement can occur between individual pieces. For this reason, it is strongly recommended to view a full range of available slabs prior to finalizing a selection to ensure satisfaction with the chosen material.
To maintain its appearance and extend longevity, periodic sealing is recommended.
