Description
Belvedere Granite is a premium natural stone quarried in Namibia, celebrated for its dramatic movement and high-contrast appearance. A deep charcoal-to-black background is enhanced by sweeping gold and white veining, with natural variation in direction and intensity that makes each slab uniquely expressive.
Formed through natural oxidation over time, the stone’s rich gold tones are the result of mineral interaction within the earth, creating its signature luminous character. For maximum visual impact, slabs are often book-matched to produce a mirrored, continuous flow—ideal for statement installations.
During fabrication, an epoxy resin is applied to fill natural pits and fissures, enhancing the surface while maintaining durability. A mesh backing is also added for stability during handling and installation. Minor natural imperfections may occur but do not affect overall performance.
As with all natural stone, periodic sealing is recommended to preserve its beauty and extend longevity.
